Align4 is certified to administer and debrief a number of well known tests and assessments.

 

We have used a assessment tools, tests and quizzes over a number of years in many different situations. A test needs to be selected to achieve a specific objective, and must transform thought into action - to habits and behaviours, as well as thinking patterns and mental models.

 

Transforming thought into action can require debriefing, (coaching, facilitation etc.). We help organisations and individuals select suitable tests and can provide the debriefing to ensure you achieve the results you wish. This table lists some of the tests we use.

Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment is one of the best known personality tools available.  From developing more productive work teams to building closer families, the MBTI can improve the quality of life for individuals and organisations.

 

After more than 50 years, the MBTI instrument is the most widely used assessment in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others.  More than 2 million assessments are administered to individuals annually — including employees of many Fortune 500 companies.

Team Management Systems (TMS)

Understanding work preferences is a critical component in developing individual, team, and organizational performance. Team Management Systems' Team Management Profile Questionnaire (TMPQ) is a 60-item assessment focused on enhancing understanding of an individual's approach to work.

 

Based on the responses to the TMPQ, the Personal Team Management Profile provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, based on the Team Management Wheel, and the strengths that an individual brings to a team.

Sosie

Because it combines two complementary approaches – behaviour and motivation – SOSIE provides a deep and dynamic understanding of a person.

SOSIE evaluates 9 personality traits, 12 values and 4 styles of behaviour in a single test.

 

  • 9 personality traits that make up the persons capabilities and the potential they can bring to bear on their professional life (sociability, influencing skills, emotional stability, curiosity of spirit etc.)
  • 12 values, the motivators that trigger a persons responses and behaviours (their love of power, desire to conform, methodical approach etc)
  • 4 styles of behaviour strongly linked to management style – Organiser, Project Manager, Facilitator, Technical Expert SOSIE provides valuable information in a number of fields – e.g. recruitment, coaching, career management and competency assessment
