Has worked worked for over 10 years in coaching, recruiting and HR consulting roles for leading Hi-Tech companies. During this time, also worked in private practice as a psychotherapist and personal coach. Accredited to administer a number of organisational performance assessment and personality tests, (including MBTI, SOSIE and TMS). Specialises in Team Building, Recruiting, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Interpersonal Skills development using NLP and other tools. |

Richard Derwent Cooke
Richard specialises in business transformation, organisational change and employee engagement. He works as a facilitator and coach with individuals, workgroups, or with the leadership team. He brings a very practical perspective to change, providing guidance through the inevitable turbulence to make sure change happens. A valued role is as a sounding board for the leader during the change period, helping weigh alternatives and balance conflicting demands. Richard has worked in organisational change for nearly 20 years, following his early career as a chartered accountant. Much of his experience has been with blue-chip, multi-national corporations. For example at SmithKline Beecham he was a member of the core team which designed and facilitated the successful merger with Glaxo Wellcome. Richard is the principal of I-Change, a specialist organisational change consultancy. |

John Unite, MBA
John’s professional focus for the last 15 years has been Organisational Learning, Lean Six Sigma and Leadership in high-performance organisations. He has experience in Telcos, Finance, Airlines (BA), Technology (IBM) and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. In this last role he was responsible for Team Learning, Knowledge Management and Coaching of 27 Venue Teams comprising around 1,500 staff and volunteers. Sydney set new performance standards for the Olympics. Since then, John has been assisting businesses of all sizes to use the same methods to boost team and workgroup performance.

Jeremy Scanlan, MA Oxon
International experience in Hi-Tech companies and higher education (CERAM). Jeremy has many years coaching experience, specialising in team building, talent development and cross cultural awareness. He was Worldwide HR, Training and Development Director for a division of VLSI, later Philips Semiconductors, now NXP Semiconductors in Sophia-Antipolis. Before that he held senior line management positions in multi-national Hi-Tech companies in the UK, Germany and France.
