Day 37

Coaching is a powerful tool for developing leadership and employee performance beyond the typical skill and motivational approaches to professional development.

Sir John Whitmore,
Executive Chairman PCI

The Align4 Organisational Performance Toolkit

The Services in our Organisational Performance Wheel are based on some of the world’s best known Organisational Performance Methods and Tools.

The same toolkit and principles are used at an Individual, Team/Workgroup or Organisational level, providing consistency wherever we may work in an organisation.

Consistent Principles and Terminology at each Level

When working with our toolkit we apply two important principles:

  • We work first to understand your business problem, and agree the results to be achieved. Then we suggest which tools we think will achieve the results most effectively – not the other way around.
  • We are not restricted to using our toolkit. Our methods are “Principles Based”, and we can use whatever tools are most effective as long as they are consistent with the underpinning principles. If our customers have a preference for a specific tool or method, we will use it, as long as the underpinning principles are consistent.

This table lists some of the sources of the key principles underpinning our toolkit. Obviously there are many that are not mentioned. Please contact us if you have any questions.
