The Company
- Align4 is headed by Valérie Giovannetti who has university qualifications in business and psychology. She is accredited to administer many of the best-known organisational performance assessment and personality tests, (including MBTI, SOSIE and TMS).
- She is a Registered Coach with the French and International Coaching Federations (ICF), a Certified Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy (Xtrema/British Hypnosis Research Institute).
- She has more than 15 years experience in corporate HR, specialising in Executive Coaching, Career Transition, Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Development, Talent Management and Recruiting for some of the world’s best known multi-national companies.
- Align4 has offices in London and the Nice-Sophia Antipolis area in France, and a presence in Paris and Monaco. We provide services throughout the UK and Europe.
